Frequently Asked Questions

Graded Cards

What does graded mean?

Graded cards have been professionally assessed and encased by a third-party grading company (PSA, CGC or Beckett). Each card receives a numeric grade based on its condition, and is sealed in a tamper-evident case with a unique cert number you can verify online.

How do I verify a cert number?

Every listing on our store displays the cert number. You can verify PSA cards at psacard.com/cert, CGC cards at cgccards.com, and Beckett cards at beckett.com.

What is population count?

Population count (pop count) refers to the total number of copies of a card graded at that grade or higher. A lower pop count generally means the card is rarer at that grade level.

Pre-orders

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders are billed in full at the time of purchase. We use your payment to secure stock before it's released, guaranteeing your order is fulfilled. You'll receive a shipping notification once your item is dispatched.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, stock has typically been committed and cancellations are at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked shipping. International orders are sent via tracked courier services. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Australian orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders vary by destination — generally 7–21 business days.
