Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-orders are dispatched once stock arrives and will be communicated via email.

Australian Shipping

Free local postage is available on selected items within Australia. Standard tracked shipping is available on all other orders. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with tracked courier services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times:

  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • USA / Canada: 10–18 business days
  • UK / Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–28 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Packaging

All graded cards are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. Slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed. Sealed products are packed to prevent crushing.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
